Sunday morning breakfasts are my favorite. A chance to slow down, have a delicious breakfast and enjoy time as a family.
We love making our Chocolate Chip Waffle but my favorite savory recipe is this Spinach Omelette we make in our Waffle Maker
Would you believe the spinach omelette is ready in just 90 seconds?
So amazing, fast and it was a big hit with my 8-year-olds who have never eaten spinach as far as I can remember.
It’s like breakfast reinvented! Protein, vegetable, dairy combine for a perfect start to the morning that has only 1 Weight Watchers SmartPoint per waffle.
Breakfast perfection.
Since getting our Breville Waffle Maker I’ve been wanting to make more than just waffles but to tell you the truth I was a bit skeptical that you could make savory recipes taste great.
We love anything sweet and have made Waffle Maker Donuts more than a few times.
If you like me are a bit unsure about savory waffle recipes then you must try this spinach omelette. We guarantee it will change your mind and inspire you to try more!

Omelettes can be tricky to make. Cooking them in a pan it’s always challenging to ensure you are flipping, folding and turning at the right time. Making your spinach omelette in the waffle maker ensures it cooks evenly from both sides without a problem. Remove with a spatula or fork and serve!

Yummy! I often enjoy a few scrambled eggs with spinach and cheese for breakfast, but using a waffle maker is much more fun. A tasty way to start the day for sure!
