- Have you tried it in the bathroom? It helps remove the dirt and grime from bathroom tiles or no-wax floors quickly and easily. It’s also effective at cleaning shower curtains, deodorizing drains and wastebaskets, surface-safe cleaning and for septic system care.
- Cleaning retainers. Just add some water and the combination will neutralize odours, keeping your retainer fresh.
- Not just for cooking in the kitchen. My best tip for how to use baking soda around your house is cleaning soap scum from tub/shower
I sprinkle some on the carpets and let sit for 30 minutes before vacuuming!!
I love using Arm & Hammer baking soda for baking, and as a deodorizer in our fridge, but also as a deodorizer in the cat’s litter box. I sprinkle some in the bottom of the box whenever I put in fresh litter. It also helps stop urine from sticking to the bottom of the box.
Use it to remove burnt on messes on the stove.
I use baking soda to scrub clean walls that kids leave marks on

I like to scrub my sink with it, but, I use it in the fridge in my trailer. Helps with the moisture and odor when it is in storage

I use it to deodorize the fridge
I always leave a box or two open in my fridge to absorb bacteria and odours!
I use baking soda in the fridge to help absorb and neutralize odours.
I just learned how to make an all natural dishwasher detergent using baking soda. It works really well and without chemicals. :)
I use it to clean the sinks and pour it down the drains to freshen the traps.
I put it in my kids smelly running shoes and after 1 hr shake it out and no more smell
I like to use baking soda as a deodorizer. I sprinkle it in my shoes overnight and shake out the excess when I’m ready to to wear it.
My best baking soda secret is mix it up with coconut oil and it makes a perfect scrub for your face.
I like to use baking soda to give my drains a good clean, baking soda, vinegar and boiling water fizz and bubble and clear anything in the drains leaving them clean and smelling sweet – well at least not a nasty smell that sometimes occurs. :-)

Love making a paste using water to scrub our white acrylic sink, works great to get rid of stains.

For any kind of burnt on food stains, like in a pot, I make a baking soda paste and let it sit for a few hours or even overnight and it really helps to loosen it so I can easily scrub it off.
I sprinkle it in the bottom of the organics bin.
