Quaker Oats have been a mainstay in our home since I was a small child. Whether it be a hearty bowl of morning oats or a granola bar on the go you will always find Quaker Oats products in our pantry. I love that they are 100% whole grain and now come in gluten free options! With the introduction of gluten free Quaker Oats our favourite breakfast is now available to Canadians with gluten allergies or sensitivities.
Association logo providing gluten-concerned families with an unquestionably good and reliable gluten-free option for breakfast and oat-based recipes. Oats are naturally gluten-free, but they can come in contact with gluten-containing grains like wheat, rye and barley at the farm, in storage or during transportation. Quaker has made a commitment to ensure that Maple & Brown Sugar Flavour Instant Oatmeal and Quick Standard Oats are gluten-free due to an unparalleled oat milling system, preventing them from coming in contact with gluten-containing grains.
The introductions of these new products mark the first gluten-free hot cereal made with 100 per cent whole grain oats and provides an easily available gluten-free breakfast option for families across the country. For this busy mom I can say that having a quick, healthy and nutritious breakfast is critical to our morning routine! We are also excited to add this delicious granola recipe to our morning routine featuring new gluten free Quick Standard Oats.

I had no idea that oats were not gluten-free. I thought the only thing that was gluten was wheat. I’m going to tell my friend about this she has to be gluten-free and I don’t think she knows about this.
