The old pressure cooker I owned for many years became very pitted inside and the handle was cracked so I recycled it, but I had it for almost 30 years. I really miss cooking with one, I loved how quickly it could cook items and how the flavour seemed to be so much more enhanced.

I love the fact that the Breville Fast Slow Pro is a multi functional appliance as it combines the features of both a pressure cooker and a slow cooker. I have never used a pressure cooker as I have been very reluctant to use one. There are a lot of advantages of using a pressure cooker; however, I have been very scared with the thought of using it. The Breville Fast Slow Pro has a lot of safety features which makes it easier to operate. Would love to do most of my meal preparations using this as it would make dinner that much more exciting to prepare.

Food will be warm and ready when everyone makes it through the door at night without having to rely on the microwave. It feels so impersonal. Walking through the door and smelling delicious food from a fast slow pro would be fabulous.

In my family I can start work as late as noon, and hubby can be gone til as late as 5:30pm (I get home some days at 10pm, depending on OT) It can be hard to get meals done, or even want to eat when you are home so late. As a young child I saw a flying saucer because our neighbour was using her pressure cooker All of a sudden it shot right through the ceiling and roof and became air born.
