The old pressure cooker I owned for many years became very pitted inside and the handle was cracked so I recycled it, but I had it for almost 30 years. I really miss cooking with one, I loved how quickly it could cook items and how the flavour seemed to be so much more enhanced.

I love the fact that the Breville Fast Slow Pro is a multi functional appliance as it combines the features of both a pressure cooker and a slow cooker. I have never used a pressure cooker as I have been very reluctant to use one. There are a lot of advantages of using a pressure cooker; however, I have been very scared with the thought of using it. The Breville Fast Slow Pro has a lot of safety features which makes it easier to operate. Would love to do most of my meal preparations using this as it would make dinner that much more exciting to prepare.

Food will be warm and ready when everyone makes it through the door at night without having to rely on the microwave. It feels so impersonal. My kitchen needs a Breville Fast Slow Pro because I do not have one, and I love that fact that it can do meat in minutes under pressure. Anything to expediate the cooking process, and reduce the amount of time I have to spend in the kitchen, and still get a great result. I also, have the Breville Risotto cooker, 2 of the the Breville 4 slice toasters, the Breville Keurig K-cup coffee machine, and actually 2 of the Breville Teapots, and finally the Breville electric kettle, so as you can see, I am a HUGE lover of the Breville products. My next acquisition will be the Breville Crispy Crust Pizza Maker. I am so impressed with the performance of my appliances, although I have had some problems with one of my toasters.

I’ve been asking for a pressure cooker for Christmas for a few years now. My mom always used to make stew on Tuesdays and I want to start that tradition again! I am amazed at how many features it has and how many uses it has. I have never used a pressure cooker before and honestly I have been afraid of getting one and trying it out but the Breville seems to be able to do it all on it’s own so I’m ready to give a go.
