    I enjoyed your bit on 30 salads. I particularly liked the looks of the Avocado, Tomato, and Basil Pesto Hummus Pasta Salad. It looks fairly easy to make but I have never eaten hummus and am more that a bit hesitant about doing so.

    I would make French fries, as it is something that both my husband love, but can seldom eat because of the high fat content. This way would be great! Thank you for the amazing giveaway and the chance!
