Today I’m excited to be welcoming my good friend Liz from Frugal Mom ‘Eh and her delicious Bubble Gum Chex Mix recipe. This is a simple, delicious and unique treat perfect for a party! From princess parties to baby showers this Bubble Gum Chex Mix is sure to have your friends marvelling at your creation and asking for the recipe.
Bubble Gum Chex Mix
Ingredients:
9 cups Chex cereal
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 Duncan Hines Flavour Creations Bubble Gum Flavour
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Place Chex into a large bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl, microwave chips on high for a minute, stir and microwave again for about 45 seconds more or until melted and smooth when stirred.
Poor Chocolate over cereal and stir until evenly coated. Mix together flavour packet and powdered sugar in a small bowl.
Combine sugar mixture and cereal in a large resealable plastic bag and shake until well-coated.
Spread onto a baking sheet to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
One of the things I love about Chex Mix is that it is gluten free making it perfect for any friends with gluten sensitivities. Even if you’ve never made a similar recipe you will find it easy, remarkably delicious and it stores for days in an airtight container.

This sounds interesting and I am sure every child would love that taste of bubble gum. It has been years since I had a piece of that! Too much sugar for a diabetic or I would definitely try this.
