I recently told you all about my love for the new Keurig 2.0 I love how easy it is to brew my favourite coffee in a cup or a carafe. While the Keurig is a great machine I often miss the blend of flavours and steamed milk available at my favourite coffee shops. What better way to recreate that experience than to make it at home! In celebration of International Coffee Day check out this fabulous recipe for a copycat Caramel Macchiato made with Keurig coffee, simple vanilla syrup, whipped cream and caramel sauce. The combination of flavours is perfect for Fall. Grab a cup, some simple ingredients and get ready to turn your kitchen into a coffee shop.
Copycat Caramel Macchiato –
2 tbsp vanilla syrup (easy recipe follows below, make and save)
½ cup of Caramel Vanilla Cream Coffee K-cup or for a stronger taste Starbucks Verona K-cup

Fresh or canned whipped cream
Vanilla syrup ingredients –
