Summer is fast approaching and the weather is finally getting warmer! Which means it’s time for picnics and BBQ’s! One of my favorite dishes to bring to any potluck is a pasta salad. They are quick & easy to make, and very cost effective for feeding a large group.

My stomach grumbled that’s a great round up and there is a lot I’m able to eat. In the summer our family does a lot of what I call cold suppers and it’s usually salads.
