My family loves cookies, and as a mom of twin three year old boys I love easy recipes.  Easy, delicious and recipes I am proud to share with friends and family.  I made these cookies for a dear friend who just had a baby.  I wanted something that was quick to bake would last a few days and would be something she could enjoy on those long days at home with a newborn.  They were a hit with our boys and with my friend.  We would highly recommend these Easy Macaroon Chewies  and will absolutely make these again and again!
