Gingermommy from Tales of a Ranting Ginger stopped by to share this delicious recipe for Nacho Cheese Dip. Easy to make, yummy and sure to please, make this for your family tonight!
A few weeks back hubs had a boys night out.
When he came home the next day he kept going on and on about this nacho dip that was just so good. “The best” he ever had” , he said.
Okay, what is this super delicious dip?
Well turns out I had this yummy dip sitting in my cupboard just waiting to be made up. Victorian Epicure Nacho Dip is what it is. My daughter had given it to me at Christmas in a gift basket and I put it up in the cupboard without really looking. When I realized this was his new fave, I made it up.
Here’s what you need:
3Tbsp Seasoning (Nacho Cheese Dip from Victorian Epicure)
½ cup sour cream
½ cream cheese
½ grated cheddar cheese
Blend ingredients and heat until bubbling. Serve with tortilla chips.
We had it with round tortilla chips. It was yummy and very cheesy. I do not know if I would call it the best I ever had though :) The dip was surprisingly very thick and I preferred it cold rather than hot.
Have you tried making this dip before? What are your thoughts?
