As a person with numerous allergies I find great comfort in finding a product from a brand I trust that I can include in my boys’ lunch boxes. When our family was asked to try out the new Peanut-Free* Nature Valley Lunch Box Granola Bars we were thrilled. We’ve always loved their other granola bars but saved those for snacks at home. Now we can pack these delicious bars for school and know that they are safe for those with peanut allergies. Peanut-Free Nature Valley Lunch Box Granola Bars come in Very Berry, Double Chocolate and Chocolate Chip.

You’ll love the fresh bright packaging, the clear nutritional information and 20% fibre in every bar! Perfect for lunch boxes, on-the-go snacks and ideal for any sporting practice that requires a snack. We loved all the flavours but the boys thought the chocolate chip were the ones they liked the most.

Our Earth Rangers Mission

To help fuel outdoor adventures, Nature Valley has partnered with the kids’ conservation organization Earth Rangers to develop #NatureMissions. Every Lunch Box wrapper features a different mission to encourage kids across the country to get outside and rediscover the joys of nature. We were challenged to learn about the world around us and take on an Earth Rangers Mission, armed with binoculars and a fun nature craft.

We loved making our own pinecone bird feeder. It was a simple craft that kids of any age can do. Just a few simple ingredients and you are ready for a craft that is fun and benefits your local feathered friends.

My first #NatureMission would be is to get out camping and enjoying this beautiful landscape of Canada. I will also create bird feeders for the birds that my Girl Guides Sparks can put along our nature trail.
