As a kid I loved celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with my family. Stories of our Irish heritage and leprechauns were so interesting and fun. I’ve tried to pass on some of those traditions to my boys including making Leprechaun Treasure Cupcakes and having a green themed meal. From salad to broccoli and cupcakes it’s a unique and yummy tradition that this Creamy Cilantro Lime Avocado Dressing fits perfectly with.
