If you’ve tried smoothies with chia, the oatmeal changes the consistency in the same way. Perfect for those busy mornings when you make your smoothie to eat a bit later. I love making this before taking the kids to the bus stop, putting it in the friend and eating it once I’m home. Yum! Such a great way to start the day.
