With Spring upon us the warm days of summer ahead we have been thinking a lot about summery flavours. One of my boys loves strawberries so much that he would eat an entire basket if I didn’t think it would upset his stomach! Like him, strawberries are one of my favourites and a true taste of summer. Combine strawberries with jello and you have a delicious and wiggly dessert perfect for picnics, BBQ’s, cook outs and more.
