Cheesecakes are my favourite desserts when company is coming for dinner. Their rich, luxurious flavour is the perfect slice of heaven to enjoy, savour and talk over. We’ve featured a couple of our favourites on the blog – Margarita Cheesecake , Mini Nutella Cheesecake with Oreo Crust and Cranberry Fudge Mini Cheesecakes but are always looking for new inspiration. Whether you are planning a dinner party, making something special for date night or wanting to get creative in the kitchen these 20 cheesecakes are rich, creamy and perfectly delicious! If you’ve never made a cheesecake, they aren’t nearly as hard as one might think – grab your springform pan, your mixer and bake. Still nervous? I LOVE NY Style Cheesecake. For my own protection I will not be attempting to make any of the above myself. I live near enough a Cheesecake Factory to make it dangerous enough. Then every single supermarket has it as well—-well one piece won’t hurt—-
