I LOVE watching shows from my childhood. Whether it be classic cartoons or the entire series of Beverly Hills 90210 it is so much fun to watch something that was your favourite so many years ago. One of the reasons I love Netflix is access to so many of these shows on demand and commercial free. This month, I’m featuring some of those Retro TV and Movies that you and your family should check out.

The boys and I have been busy watching Sesame Street Classics and Curious George while I have been obsessed with watching The Facts of Life I absolutely adored Tootsie and have had quite a few laughs at the fashion, the plot lines and the memories of watching it with my mom.
Whatever retro TV show you love, Netflix has so many to choose from. And, if you didn’t watch TV in the 80’s and 90’s – here’s your chance!
Looking for a great retro snack? Why not some jello pudding pops! Get the directions/recipe for Jello Pudding Pops and treat your kids to a taste from your childhood.
I never tried Netflix. What an awesome thing to watch your favorite shows without the interruption of a commercial.
Absolutely the best!
Oh man, you just pulled out some AMAZING movies from my childhood. Add some chocolate popsicles to the mix? Nostalgic heaven!

Netflix is really great for kids — the selection is much better for them than adults! Though I did love Orange is the New Black!

Yes, I watched a few episodes of “The Facts of Life” already. Now we are all watching “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”.
So cool.
Cheers.
Netflix is the best. I have gotten into watching full seasons of TV shows that I missed the first time around. I currently am watching House. Love it, no commercials and can watch as many episodes as I want, on the days I have time. They need to get more of the older shows. Like the Waltons :)
Ghostbusters is one of my all time favorite movies! I love the old 80’s movies!

I know! There are always ones I forget about that I need to go back and watch
I used to watch 95% of those shows add gem, GI joe and thunder-cats and you will see my childhood in pieces.
I have Netflix and usually watch the kids, romance and comedy sections. The Jello pudding pops sound good with any movie or show, thanks for sharing.
