I had a bunch of summer squash leftover from our CSA share so decided to try a new recipe for Zucchini Bread. While my favorite is still the Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread this was a delicious alternative made with some yummy and healthy ingredients. It was a big hit in my family!
Mixture will be very heavy and moist. I always line my baking pan with parchment paper to make clean up and lift out easy! |
I found the recipe at Two Peas & Their Pod which is full of great recipes. Everything I have made from this website has been delicious.
The finished product, sliced and ready to serve. |
You can find the recipe here
Enjoy!

Would not think to mix those two flavors together, but then again when you make broccoli salad, you wouldn’t think grapes or bacon would go well together.
