It was been such a beautiful weekend here. Hot days, cool nights, leaves changing colours, all the signs that summer is sadly coming to an end. We made a vow this weekend to get outside and soak in as much Summer as we can before school routines begin next week.
Today we went to a Pioneer Village with the boys for their annual corn roast. It was such a great way to spend the morning and a lunch of fresh local corn on the cob was truly a delight. While the boys haven’t been too interested in eating corn at home, they sure chomped down on the cobs there.
Here are the pictures of our wonderful day.

I missed the travel linkup! (and am so tech inept, I’m not 100% certain what one is, but can guess using context clues.)
Are you doing it every week or month?
Kerrie @ Family Food and Travel says
I am doing it every week!
So, check back next Tuesday.
If you need help linking up to it send me an email and I am happy to help you through it.

What a nice looking day! It’s definitely feeling like fall here, I just walked the kids to school and was happy to have a hot coffee. Brr! Chilly!

It is so hard when Fall creeps up on us. While it is one of my favorite seasons I am not ready to put away my sandals!

Hey! New follower from Hodgepodge of Styles. I love to travel too and it’s great that you are cultivating your boys to enjoy and see the world. It’s a good educational tool.
