Last night, I stayed up too late for work and the boys got up too early. I ran on some sort of false energy all morning but now I am in a slump. I was super productive this morning at work, but with a more relaxed afternoon schedule I feel that I have accomplished only half what I needed to.
I have drank lots of water, had a coffee, and ate a healthy sensible and protein packed lunch. Luckily I prepared dinner last night so all I have to do is cook it this evening. Hoping I can keep my eyes open that long…
