Churros are one of my favourite sweet treats. They are the perfect blend of rich cinnamon sugar goodness! I wanted to make something sweet to go alongside our spicy breakfast this morning and found this fabulous recipe on the Life Made Delicious website for these Easy Churros using Pillsbury Crescent Rolls.
So easy, so delicious and while not in traditional Churro shape they taste like a wonderful alternative.
- 1 Pkg of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
-
Preheat oven to 350F.
-
Melt butter in microwave, allow to cool slightly.
-
Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
-
Unroll Pillsbury Crescent Rolls brushing each one with butter and sprinkling with cinnamon sugar mixture.
-
Roll Crescent Rolls and place on a pan with parchment paper lining.
-
Sprinkle tops of all rolls with cinnamon sugar mixture.
-
Bake for 10 mins or until tops are brown
These Easy Churros are absolutely delicious and were gobbled up by my boys and my husband immediately. I can’t wait to make these again – perfect for kids and adults alike!
