I stayed at the Hilton Toronto Markham Suites Conference Centre and Spa in the past, but this was my first stay at the hotel since its major $10 million renovation. I was really impressed by the modern, stylish changes to the hotel. A great upgrade to an already fabulous space. One of my favorite new features is the Absolute Atrium Lounge – a great place to meet friends or get away from your room for awhile. Love the connectivity stations with computers in the lobby – great for printing out last minute tickets, maps etc.
The excitement over the new renovations is palpable with staff smiling brighter and wider. Patrick Regina, General Manager described that the renovation created “the first eforea: spa at Hilton in Canada, a fantastic new urban lobby lounge, a dynamic new restaurant, new ensuites, and a planned revamp of all our meeting spaces.” He continues, “We’ve taken a great hotel and re-energized it as a flagship property for Hilton, making it a true destination within the city of Markham and a conference hotel within the GTA. I had the remarkable pleasure of staying in the hotels brand new (I was the first guest to stay there) 1 King Bed 1 Bedroom Presidential Suite. It was heavenly! The large marble bathroom with deep soaker tub was exactly what I needed after a long day and drive. I love the large living room and pondered what meetings I’d like to hold at the boardroom table. This suite would be fabulous for business travellers but also fun for family travel!

Overall, my stay was filled with great service, wonderful amenities and a bright, newly renovated atmosphere. While I visited this hotel on my own, I am excited to take my family soon – I know they will love it!

I recently stayed at this hotel for the very first time and it was fabulous! Staff was friendly, it’s close to many popular attractions and the food was surprisingly very good.

An amazing hotel. We’ve planned many many events there and the staff is wonderful. It’s a gem in the burbs!

Wow, the presidential suite all to yourself with a spa visit in the morning…pure bliss! The hotel looks beautiful and the amenities sound great. A great choice in Toronto.
