Pairing the grilled turkey breast with fresh salsa and a bright green vegetable created a balanced, nutritious and absolutely delicious meal.
Grilled Turkey Breast with Fresh Mango Salsa
Grilled Turkey Breast Marinade:
1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
2 tbsp sodium reduced soya sauce
2 tbsp grainy Dijon
1 tbsp lemon juice
pinch of kosher salt
Step 1: Combine marinade in a small bowl, whisk until mixed.
Step 2: Add two turkey breasts to a large freezer bag.
Step 3: Pour in marinade and shake/roll until turkey is fully covered.
Step 4: Place in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours.
Grilled Turkey Breast Cooking Directions:
Step 1: Preheat grill to 400C.
Step 2: Remove turkey from marinade and place on the grill. Discard bag and marinade.
Step 3: Cook for 12 minutes per side or until juices run clear and there is no pink inside.
Serve topped with Mango Salsa.
Fresh Mango Salsa
2 ripe mangos, pitted and diced.
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 seeded jalapeno (more if you prefer it spicy
1/4 cup cilantro, washed and chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix together then set aside while turkey cooks.
A delicious combination of flavours made with a simple marinade, turkey breasts make topped with afresh mango salsa. The perfect meal for the grill.
- 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce Sodium-reduced
- 2 tbsp grainy Dijon
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- pinch Kosher Salt
- 2 Boneless Skinless Turkey Breasts

Mix together marinade ingredients in a small bowl

Place turkey breasts in a large freezer bag.

Cover with Marinade.

Toss to coat.

Marinate for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Preheat Grill to 400C

Add turkey breasts and cook 12 minutes on each side or until juices run clear and there is no pink in the middle.

Top with Fresh Mango Salsa

- 2 Ripe Mangos pitted and diced
- 1/2 cup Red onion finely chopped
- 1/4 Jalapeno (add more for added spice) seeded
- 1/4 cup Cilantro washed and chopped
- 1 Lime juiced

Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix together then set aside while turkey cooks.
Once you’ve made this recipe once you will be sure to make it again and again. The flavours absolutely burst forth to be the perfect BBQ meal. Fire up the grill and get ready for a delicious dinner.
