How do you find the right babysitter for your family?

On our most recent trip to New York we saw this vehicle and I just had to get a picture.

I wasn’t too sure what the legalities are around posting phone numbers and license plates online so I cropped those out.

Here is my question:  Does this person think that dogs, cats and babies require the same care?

Perhaps they just stop in and walk your baby, feed them and change their diaper, then leave and come back later?

I was honestly baffled.  Is this a viable company?  Can you do all of this at once?  Do they have a kennel and a daycare?

It got me thinking about how lucky we are to have a wonderful babysitter whom we trust, respect and appreciate.

Apparently in this area of New York State a good babysitter is hard to find.
