Sweet treats with nutritional value – is this possible? Yes! Choosing the right ingredients to make a treat your family will love and beautiful enough to be served at a party is possible with this amazing recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls featuring Nature’s Path Love Crunch® Granola – Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter, dates, cocoa and peanut butter. The combination is truly heavenly. My boys love these before or after a hockey practice. They are easy to carry, easy to eat and filled with flavour. A perfect on the go energy boost and a delicious dessert that fits perfectly on any entertainment platter.

“Organic.” that’s just the latest marketing key word isn’t it. Doesn’t really mean anything. I don’t really look for it.

I choose organic because it is just as good as non-orgainic. If orgainic is on sale, it’s in my buggy. It has to be cheaper or equal to non-organic which it sometimes can be.

I try and purchase organic whenever possible as I believe it is more of a back to the basics product. One that we would have eaten in the olden days before pesticides and gmo’s. It’s better for us.
