Pasta is a favourite meal at our house any time of year. My boys love pasta with cheese sauce, and one of my boys is an expert spaghetti twirler! This skill came from hours of practice and a divine love for meatballs. That said I am always looking for great Italian recipes to make that bring me back to my trips to Italy and the phenomenal meals I’ve had there with the freshest of ingredients.

My favourite thing to make with Barilla Pasta is something I created on my own. I cook the spaghetti noodles and lay them on a fresh bed of leafy greens. Then I lightly sautee cut up veggies in soy sauce. Put those on top. Then drizzle a small amount of italian dressing as the last step. It’s flippin incredible!
