Last week we had the opportunity to visit the Nutella Truck at the Toronto Zoo and experienced the delicious breakfast options the truck had to offer! We had so much fun printing labels, taking photos and getting cool Nutella swag.
One of the highlights was meeting Chef Stefano Faita and talking to him about his family and their love of Nutella. I loved hearing Chef Stefano talk about coming home to his grandmother’s after school and enjoying Nutella on toast with ricotta. He spoke of the perfect “fit” for him to work with Nutella and creating recipes with a product he has been enjoying for years. He loved the challenge of creating recipes with Nutella that went beyond spreading it or cooking it.

The way I used to always eat it was straight out of the jar! Tim Hortons just stopped making the special Nutella doughnut they had, and that was absolutely amazing. I would love to use it in some baked goods (nutella muffins maybe?!)
