Preheat oven to 450C.

In a large bowl add beef, onion*, oats, steak spice, and salt.

In a small bowl combine egg, Worcestershire sauce and tabasco.

Beat egg with sauces and add to bowl with meat.

Combine mixture with hands until fully combined.

Spray muffin tin generously with non-stick cooking spray and drop rounded raw muffins into pan.

Divide mixture evenly until all 12 muffin cups are full.

Bake for 20 minutes or until centre of muffin is no longer pink.

Serve with vegetables or on top of greens for a balanced meal.

*Cooking tip: for finer diced onion put it through the food processor rather than chopping by hand
