Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Dough Dip

A sweet rich tasting dip loaded with peanut butter cups.

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter I used Kraft light
  • 6 oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1.5 cups chopped Mini Reese Peanut Butter Cups


  1. In a stand mixer cream butter and brown sugar.
  2. Add peanut butter and cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  3. Add icing sugar in small doses.
  4. Add vanilla mixing until combined.
  5. Add chopped Mini Reese Peanut Butter Cups and mix thoroughly.
  6. Transfer to one large bowl or a variety of smaller bowls.
  7. Place in the fridge and chill until set (or up to two days).
  8. Serve with pretzels and/or apple slices.
