Vanilla Syrup

A simple vanilla syrup perfect for speciality coffee.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the sugar and water.
  2. Bring to a boil for several minutes and remove from heat.
  3. Pour into another container (I use a mason jar), let cool and add 1 tsp of vanilla. Store sealed in the fridge.
