Vanilla Syrup
A simple vanilla syrup perfect for speciality coffee.

vanilla

In a small saucepan, heat the sugar and water.

Bring to a boil for several minutes and remove from heat.

Pour into another container (I use a mason jar), let cool and add 1 tsp of vanilla. Store sealed in the fridge.
