Blueberry Almond Ginger Smoothie

A delicious smoothie packed with antioxidants. It's delicious flavour will keep you making this again and again.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey omit if using sweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 4-5 ice cubes optional

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to Vitamix and blend on medium speed until combined. Once thoroughly mixed add ice cubes if you desire a thicker smoothie. Blend until ice is fully crushed and serve immediately.
