Chicken, Tomato, Basil and Cheese Pesto Pasta Recipe
A delicious fresh pasta and sauce recipe with added chicken and tomatoes. A great family meal for busy weeknights.

coconut oil

boneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into strips

or half of an Olivieri Basil and Cheese Pesto container

whole grape tomato

package of Olivieri Artisan Tomato Caprese with Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella Ravioli

garlic spice or 1 garlic clove minced.

Option: fresh basil or parmesan for serving

In a small frying pan add coconut oil and melt.

Add chicken, and garlic and cook for 5 minutes stirring often.

Meanwhile, bring a medium sized pot to a boil.

Add tomatoes to chicken and continue to cook until chicken is cooked through.

Once water is boiling add pasta and cook according to directions.

Drain pasta and add to a medium sized bowl.

Add pesto and toss.

Add chicken and tomato mixture and toss.

Serve immediately.
