  • 1 White Cake Mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk or water
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1 Lemon zest


  1. Make cupcakes according to box directions.

  2. Add in juice and zest of lemon and stir until mixed.

  3. Spoon batter into lined muffin cups and bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes.

  4. Allow to fully cool before icing.
