  • 20 Caramels unwrapped
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 21 oz Apple Pie Filling only 1/2 can needed
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Whipped topping


  1. Unwrap the caramels and microwave in a microwave safe bowl for 30-50 seconds, until melted. Be careful when removing, they will be extremely hot!

  2. In a separate bowl with a hand mixer or in a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, beat cream cheese for about 20-30 seconds (until smooth).

  3. Pour melted caramels that have cooled for about 30 seconds into whipped cream cheese and whip blend until incorporated.

  4. Add apple pie filling and cinnamon and whip on high for about 20 seconds. *Since the apples are soft, they should break down into smaller chunks. You can help this along by using butter knife/hard spatula to scrape down the sides and drag it through the apples to make smaller pieces.

  5. Add whipped topping and mix on low until combined.

  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  7. Top With: Whipped topping, nuts, apple chunks, a dash of cinnamon, a drizzle of caramel (not the melted caramel, as it will harden).

  8. Serve With: Graham crackers, cookies or fruit.
