Lime and White Chocolate Scones

white sugar
plus more for dusting

white chocolate chips

Juice of one lime

Zest of one lime

Gay Lea Sour Cream

Half and Half

Preheat oven to 450F

Mix flour baking powder, white sugar, and white chocolate chips together.

In a separate bowl mix lime juice, lime zest, sour cream and half & half.

Add flour mixture to liquids slowly to ensure fully mixed.

On a floured surface knead dough and form into a flattened ball.

Cut into 8 wedges and place on a parchment lined baking sheet

Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 15 minutes until tops are golden.
