Ingredients

  • 3 large leaves of deveined Kale
  • 1 Apple
  • 3 stalks of Celery
  • 1 cup Juice I used mango/orange
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • Agave Nectar or Honey to taste
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Please all ingredients in your Vitamix and blend until smooth.
  2. Add ice for a slushie texture or pour over ice for an ice cold smoothie.
  3. Serve and drink immediately.
