Chef Lyn's Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic grated

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together.

  2. Pour into an airtight container, refrigerate, and use within 2 weeks.
