Ingredients
1tspcoconut oil
2cupsMaple Leaf Prime Chicken Strips
1head of broccoli washed and cut into florets
1cupbaby carrots slicedor 2 large carrots sliced
1cupchicken broth
1/2low sodium soya sauce
1tbspbrown sugar
1/2tspminced garlic
Instructions
n a wok or large frying pan heat coconut oil, add Maple Leaf Prime Chicken Strips and cook until browned.
Add broccoli and carrots then toss with the chicken.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk together chicken broth, soya sauce and brown sugar (add a little cornstarch if you'd like it thicker) then pour over the chicken and veggies.
Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the veggies are soft.
