15 Minute Chicken Stir Fry

A simple and delicious stir fry that can be made from start to finish in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 cups Maple Leaf Prime Chicken Strips
  • 1 head of broccoli washed and cut into florets
  • 1 cup baby carrots sliced or 2 large carrots sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 low sodium soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. n a wok or large frying pan heat coconut oil, add Maple Leaf Prime Chicken Strips and cook until browned.
  2. Add broccoli and carrots then toss with the chicken.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl whisk together chicken broth, soya sauce and brown sugar (add a little cornstarch if you'd like it thicker) then pour over the chicken and veggies.
  4. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the veggies are soft.
  5. Serve with a side or rice.
