Once you've tried this pizza you will make it again and again. Love the combination of rich blue cheese with fresh apple and dried figs. Sweet and savoury.

Ingredients
Blue Cheese Cream Saucerecipe above
1Pre-made pizza crust
1large apple
10dried figs
1/4cupBalsamic vinegarI used a maple infused balsamic vinegar
10thinly sliced pieces of Prosciutto
1/4cupcrumbled blue cheese
1/2cupgrated aged white cheddar
1cuploosely packed baby kale
Instructions
Remove stems and slice dried figs in half. Put in a small bowl and cover with balsamic vinegar.
Preheat oven to 350.
Place pizza dough in the oven for 5 minutes to crisp up the surface.
Remove pizza dough from oven and spread with Blue Cheese Cream Sauce.
Slice apple into thin slices and place around the pizza. Remove figs from balsamic vinegar and pat dry. Place figs around the pizza then top with proscuitto. Sprinkle aged cheddar around the pizza then crumble blue cheese. Place in the oven and bake 8-10 minutes until top is bubbly and cheese is melted. Top with baby kale. Serve immediately.
