In a large bowl mix together crab, Miracle Whip, green onion, jalapeƱos, egg, lemon juice and Tabasco.

In a small bowl combine half of the cracker crumbs (set rest aside for coating), dry mustard, Old Bay seasoning.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.

In a small saucepan add coconut oil and heat on medium-high until melted.

Roll 2 tbsp of crab cracker crumbs and fry for 1-2 mins each side or until brown.

Remove from oil and set on rack to cool. Serve on top of a Breton White Bean with Salt & Pepper cracker with baby kale and top with Old Bay Sauce. (2 tbsp Miracle Whip + 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning + 1 tsp lemon juice) and a dollop of Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.
