Place all ingredients in a Vitamix (or other high speed blender) and pulse until cream eggs and ice cubes are crushed.

Then turn up to 5 and blend until smooth.

Poor into a tall glass and garnish with whipped cream, sprinkles or a Cadbury Cream Egg.

*While this milkshake is super sweet and deliciously chocolatey I would recommend adding more milk if you find it too sweet.
