uncooked quinoa

water

cinnamon

ground ginger

Activia Greek Yogurt
-
Optional: nuts
seeds, granola, fresh or frozen fruit

Place quinoa, water, cinnamon and ginger in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Cover and lightly boil for 8-10 minutes until all of the water is absorbed.

Fluff quinoa with a fork and transfer to a bowl.

Top with yogurt, and your favourite granola, seeds, nuts and/or fruit.
