Butter Pecan Jasmine Tea Cookies
A delicious cake mix cookie flavoured with jasmine tea. The perfect afternoon treat.

box Gluten Free Butter Pecan Cake Mix
or Vanilla Cake Mix

Alokozay Jasmine Tea

vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, pour dry cake mix and set aside.

Then, in a small saucepan on low heat warm milk.

Add 1 or 2 tea bags (depending on strength of tea flavour) and allow to steep in the warm milk for 5 minutes.

Remove and discard tea bags and set milk aside. In a small bowl whisk together oil and eggs and add to dry cake mix stirring until completely blended.

Add milk and stir just until fully mixed.

Drop cookie batter in tablespoonfuls onto a parchment lined or greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 9 minutes.

Allow to cool and serve with your favourite Alokozay Tea.
