Individual Pear and Blueberry Crisp

These Individual Pear and Blueberry Crisps are perfect for any summer meal. Use local fruit for the best flavour.

  • 1/3 cup Large Flake Oats
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 3 ripe pears
  • 1/3 cup wash blueberries
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 ramekins


  1. Preheat oven to 375C.
  2. In a small bowl mix together oats, brown sugar and flour. Set aside.
  3. Wash and peel pears and slice evenly distributing the fruit of one whole pear into each ramekin.
  4. Add blueberries to each ramekin and mix with pears.
  5. Top each ramekin with oat mixture.
  6. Cut up butter and place on top of oat mixture.
  7. Place ramekins on a cookie sheet and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Serve topped with ice cream.
