Chocolate Covered Cherry Buttercream
A delicious buttercream with the richness of chocolate and the sweet flavour of cherry. It's perfect for a special dinner or Valentine's Day.

Bailey's Chocolate Cherry

fresh or frozen cherries
finely chopped

vanilla

lemon juice

of salt

Place butter, icing sugar and cocoa into a stand mixer and beat on low until combined.

Add Bailey's and cherries and beat for until smooth (note finely chop cherries first!)

Add in vanilla, lemon juice and salt and mix until it becomes fluffy.

*With the chunks of cherries this frosting is hard to pipe through a piping bag. Spread on with a knife, top with some whipped cream and a cherry.
