Ingredients
1flank steak
1/2cupfinely chopped red onion
2garlic cloves finely chopped
2tbspgrated fresh ginger
1/2cuplow sodium soya sauce
1/4cupbalsamic vinegar
1/2cupolive oil
3tbsphoney
salt and pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large freezer bag and work over steak until coated thoroughly. Place in the fridge and marinate between 4 hours and overnight.
Grill on medium heat for 5 minutes a side or until desired doneness.
