Tangy Asian Flank Steak Recipe

A delicious recipe with marinated flank steak. The result is a tangy perfectly seasoned steak.

Ingredients

  • 1 flank steak
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soya sauce
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large freezer bag and work over steak until coated thoroughly. Place in the fridge and marinate between 4 hours and overnight.

  2. Grill on medium heat for 5 minutes a side or until desired doneness.
