Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Lemon curd
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 cups Icing Sugar or powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add butter and icing sugar to stand mixer. Mix until blended.

  2. Add lemon curd and pinch of salt. Mix until light and fluffy.
