Turkey and Cranberry Pinwheels

Whether you make these with leftover turkey and cranberry sauce or improvise with deli meat and chutney, these pinwheels are easy, quick and loved by kids and adults. Perfect for a party.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 8 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 2 slices of turkey breast chopped finely
  • 2/3 cup grated white cheese cheddar, monterey jack, mozzarella etc.

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350C
  2. Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray
  3. Unroll crescent dough into a large rectangle and press edges to seal
  4. Spread chutney on dough then layer with turkey and cheese
  5. Roll dough as tight as possible to ensure there are not any gaps
  6. Slice with a serrated knife and place on cookie sheet
  7. Bake for 5-7 minutes until edges are golden brown
  8. Serve warm
