Garlic Shrimp and Spinach Tostada

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 a medium onion
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp


  1. Place olive oil in pan and sauté garlic and onion until slightly browned.
  2. Add shrimp, cook together for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Arrange on top of tostadas and serve with salsa, crumbled feta or sliced jalapeños.
