Spicy Ranch and Broccoli Gluten Free Stuffed Mushrooms

Your appetizers have stepped up with these mushrooms. Delicious stuffed mushrooms with great flavour and presentation.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch
  • 125 g 4oz Light Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 3 tiny broccoli florets
  • 10 large white mushrooms
  • 4 Breton White Bean with Salt & Pepper Gluten Free crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 425F.
  2. Crush crackers in a small sandwich bag and set aside.
  3. Wash and stem the mushrooms.
  4. Mix together Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch with cream cheese until creamed.
  5. Add chopped broccoli to ranch and cheese mixture.
  6. Stuff mushrooms with mixture and then dip in cracker crumbs to cover the top.
  7. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes.
  8. Turn on broil for 1-2 minutes or until the tops are brown.
  9. Serve immediately.
